What exactly is cold plunging?

What are the benefits of cold plunging?

Cold plunging has a ton of benefits. Some of those benfits are improved circulation, reduced inflammation, metabolism boost, enhanced immune function, and improved mental well-being with reduced stress and better mood.

How can I cool the water?

You can cool the water using our ice bricks, water chiller, or simply by using ice.

What temperature should the water be for a cold plunge?

Cold plunge water temperatures typically range from 32-59°F. It should feel cold but not painfully so.

How long should I stay in a cold plunge?

The duration can vary but starting with brief sessions of around 1-3 minutes is common. Over time, you can gradually increase the duration up to 5-10 minutes, depending on your tolerance and comfort level.

When is the best time to cold plunge?

We recommend cold plunging first thing in the morning to wake your body up, which kicks the sympathetic nervous system into gear. If you’re looking for muscle recovery, cold plunging after a workout is also great.

Safety protocols with cold plunging?

Start slow (warmer than colder). Just as with lifting weights or other forms of exercise, you’ll need to find the right temperature for you, but most importantly need to prioritize safety.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all of our products qualify for free, standard shipping.

How quickly do you ship?

All of our cold plunges are shipped within 1-3 days from the moment you placed the order. At this moment, our water chillers are made to order and are usually shipped within 2 weeks from the moment you placed your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment, we only ship to customers in the lower 48 states.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you offer free returns?

We offer 30-day, free returns on all unopened and unused cold plunges. Water chillers are not eligible for free returns unless defective or faulty.

How long is the return window?

Our return window is 30 days from the day the order was delivered. You can still return our products after the 30-day window, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

What is your return policy for cold plunges?

Unopened cold plunges can be returned for free within 30 days. If the product has been opened or the 30-day window has passed, you can still return the products, however, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

What is your return policy for water chillers?

If a water chiller is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for free within 30 days. Otherwise, you can still return it within 30 days, but a return shipping label will not be provided.

WARRANTY

Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes! All of our products have a warranty against manufacturing defects. However, different products have different warranty periods. Our Ice Pod Pro and all of our Water Chillers are covered for 2 years. While the Ice Pod and the Ice Tub are covered for 1 year.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Natural wear and tear or damages that were caused by improper use of the products.

Do you offer an extended warranty?

Yes, an extended warranty can be purchased for an additional cost.

What happens if my in-warranty product has a defect or stopped working?

We will repair or replace your product for free as long as the damage is covered by the terms in the warranty.

What happens if my out-of-warranty product was damaged?

Many issues can usually be resolved with small replacement parts that we can still cover for free. If the damage requires a major repair or replacement, there will be a fee to repair the damage.
